  • Prices and process of the session

    All sessions are tailor-made to suit the client's condition.

    Shiatsu aims to regulate the body's energy flow and improve physical and mental disorders by stimulating acupuncture points and meridians throughout the body with the fingers and palms.

     

    By applying rhythmic pressure to the whole body using the fingers and palms, the energy (Qi) flowing through the body is harmonised, irregular body movements are adjusted, the whole body is balanced and stress is released.

    The total duration of the treatment is around 90 minutes, from your arrival to your departure.

  • Time and price of the session

    90mins / 120€.

    I only accept cheques or cash.

  • The treatment process

    • Firstly, when you arrive at the clinic, you will be taken to a dedicated private room.
    • I will ask you a few questions about your state of health and your daily life in order to find the cause of your problem.
    • After explaining possible bodily causes, we'll look for possible mental causes.
    • Then we'll discuss the treatment plan.
    • I recommend that you go to the toilet before the treatment.
    • The treatment consists mainly of energy work and shiatsu massage.
    • After the treatment, the body is dried with a hot towel.
    • Payment can be made in cash or by cheque.
    • The session is over when the next appointment is scheduled.
    All appointments are made online.
    This is done to ensure that I take the time to treat each client.
